Brian Ross is a partner at Canada’s largest criminal law firm, Pinkofskys. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology, and authoring several journal publications in this area, Mr. Ross attended Osgoode Hall Law School. He immediately established himself there in the area of criminal law by becoming a Criminal Division leader at the Community and Legal Aid Services Program (C.L.A.S.P.) While at law school, he was also a member of the Innocence Project, a clinical program that investigates and represents persons claiming to be wrongfully convicted, and worked extensively on the brief in support of the Grant of Executive Clemency for Leonard Peltier.

Mr. Ross has been with Pinkofskys (formerly Pinkofsky Lockyer) since completing law school. He has represented, and continues to represent, people charged with all types of criminal offences. No case is too big. No case is too small. No case is too tough. While his office is in downtown Toronto, he is no stranger to defending cases throughout Ontario and even outside of Ontario. No matter where he is, no matter what the charge is, and no matter who the client is, Mr. Ross will utilize his experience and aggressive style to ensure the best result for you
